Welcome to our wholesale page! Here is some information about our wholesale ordering policy:

Order Minimum: $400USD for first order. $150USD for subsequent orders. Accounts that have not made a purchase in 12 months are subject to a minimum first order of $400. Orders that do not meet these minimums will not be fulfilled. 

Shipping: All domestic orders ship via USPS unless prior arrangements have been made. All items ship from Honolulu, HI. Orders usually ship in 1-2 weeks.

Returns: If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will refund the wholesale purchase price on return of the item to me. Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of items to undertake any returns. Return requests must be submitted in writing. Exchanges can be made within one year of the purchase date. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the balance of the next purchase order.

Repairs: Repairs will be made on products that suffer from manufacturers defects within one year free of charge. Repairs due to customer wear or damage will be charged a $20 repair fee plus shipping.

Confidentiality: The buyer agrees to keep all wholesale pricing, terms and conditions confidential. Wholesale pricing, terms and conditions should not be published or discussed with other parties by the buyer.
